We will then send you an email containing a temporary password that you can then use to login. Once logged in, we recommend that you reset your password to something more memorable via your profile.
Please note, if you have registered with the portal but have not yet received your confirmation email to say that your account has been approved, you will need to wait for this step in the process to be confirmed before you are able to login.
The process of verifying your registration with your hospital can take some time, and up to several weeks depending on the availability of the appointed lead for your hospital. Once verified, you will receive an automated email confirming your access. Please do check your spam folder for this email, as well as your inbox.
